How will I know if my order has been received?

Answer: All orders submitted will receive an email confirmation with 24-48 hours of purchase. If you place an order & do not receive and email confirmation please contact Customer Care. 

Can I modify my order?

Answer: At this time orders cannot be modified after being submitted.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of submission by contacting Customer Care.

If an order needs to be cancelled after business hours please email shoepopcustomercare@gmail.com. Please place "Cancel Order" in the subject line.
